There are three simple Forex trading rules that will help be more successful in your foreign exchange trading. These markets are extremely fluid and fast moving so you need to do your homework and be prepared each day.
Rule #1 – If you are a fan of technical analysis then you must know the levels that are going to be important and you must have an action plan. If we use the USD/EUR currency pair as an example and 1.3750 is a critical data point in your system then you must have a course of action in place when that level is breached.
Rule #2 – Know your limitations. It is extremely difficult to trade many markets simultaneously and to do it well. Limit your choice of currency pairs to no more than three and become experts in them.
Rule #3 – Do not be afraid of the unknown. Trading is all about having good rules in place and allowing markets to run their course. The one thing that you can control is your own involvement through the proper use of capital and implementing trading rules.
You cannot place more money at risk than you can afford to lose and you cannot be afraid to implement a strategy for which you have done your homework
